Psychotherapy is about one person's humanity meeting with another one's.
ABOUT ME
I began my clinical career with solid and focused training in psychology, literature, social work, and psychoanalysis. My multi-disciplinary background has not only broadened and deepened my appreciation of the human mind, but also provided me with crucial tools for developing a holistic perspective on our increasingly complicated modern life and often intricate human emotions. From my prior work and training at community mental health clinics, residential facilities, and McLean Hospital’s partial hospital program, I have gained an in-depth understanding of a broad scope of psycho-pathologies.
I offer relations-oriented, emotionally-focused psychotherapy to individuals who are interested in relieving symptoms, identifying patterns, resolving conflicts, building satisfying relationships, finding fulfillment in life, etc. My work is also trauma-informed due to my passion for trauma treatment, especially that of developmental trauma, and an understanding that traumatic experience is existentially inevitable in human life.
